What are we, if we are not lovers? Strangers with a heart that are no longer each others?

I said to you once that we couldn’t be friends. Not when something as special as what we had ends.

So does that make us lovers that never speak? Each in love with a lover we could not keep.

Are we lovers who now no longer love? Or lovers who love each other, just not enough.
